Take 1-2 servings of 90 g (2 measures) daily, mixed with water or other drinking liquid. The measure inside the package contains about 45 g.
Milk protein concentrate (contains lactose), maltodextrin, fructose, dextrose, soy protein isolate, vitamin C, magnesium oxide, zinc oxide, food flavors.
Nutrifort-R is recommended for rapid increase in energy, strength and muscle mass due to the good ratio of carbohydrates and protein content.
Contraindications: contraindicated for people with fructose and lactose intolerance. May contain traces of egg and peanuts.
