Wheybar-R Forte is rich in proteins and contains 1.000 mg of L-Glutamine, the most important amino acid for muscles (represents 60% from the total of free amino acids from muscles), and 1.000 mg of BCAA (branched chain amino acids) that favour the recovery after effort and muscle mass increase.
1-3 bars can be consumed per day. After administration, it is recommended to drink one glass of water.
