You can consume 1-3 bars a day, depending on your protein and energy needs. Do not exceed the daily dose of 3 bars.
Contains: glucose syrup, maltitol syrup, palm oil, cornflakes, calcium caseinate (contains lactose) (5.73%), non-genetically modified soy protein isolate (5.73%), whey protein concentrate (contains lactose) (5.73%), egg white protein concentrate (5.73%), pea protein isolate (5.73%), inulin, food flavoring (vanilla) and vitamin C (0.04%).
