GLUTAMINE - Description

Recommendations: L-Glutamine is the most important amino acid for athletes. During exercise, the body loses a significant amount of amino acids, including L-Glutamine, which represents 60% of total free amino acids in muscle and 20% of total circulating amino acids in the body.

L-Glutamine promotes protein synthesis, prevents muscle catabolism, improves recovery after exercise, stimulates the growth hormone and the immune system’s activity, it  promotes cellular hydration, increases the production of glycogen in the liver, it transports nitrogen in places where it is most needed in the organism.

Glutamine has become extremely popular among athletes, mainly because it speeds physical recovery and it increases muscle mass.

GLUTAMINE - Usage

Administration: it is recommended to serve one serving (10 capsules) several times a day, up to a limit of 0.25 g per kilogram, of which one immediately after training, together with water or other drinking liquid. One capsule contains 500 mg of L-Glutamine.
