The supplementation of the diet with creatine offers the body the energy necessary to support the intense effort, increases the muscular force, improves the recovering process after efforts, helps increasing the volume of muscular fibers, increases the cellular hydration. Using glucose and other monozaharides together with creatine improves the creatine activity.
It can be administered orally: 10-20 g (10-20 tablets) daily, on the maintenance stage, 5 g (5 tablets) daily, divided in 2-3 serving sizes with water or other liquids with high glicemic index for a better assimilation. The dose must be administered also during days of break. Optionally one can use dextrose.
Creatine monohydrate, soy lecitine, starch, stearic vegetal acid, magnesium oxide.

Side effects: the product is well tolerated by the body, but, very rarely, secondary effects appear (stomach problems, muscular cramps and dehydrating) in case of overdoses.
Cautions: the product does not need cautions at consumption, except for the people with kidney problems.
