Carbohydrates come from fructose, maltodextrine and dextrose, substances that give a very good taste to the product and that are carbohydrates with a different degree of polymerization, this fact eliminating the physiological, enzymatic and hormonal stress.
It has a 25% concentration of animal proteins (milk , albumen from eggs and whey proteins, each in equal quantities) which has a high anabolic effect through promoting the proteins synthesis within the human body. The characteristics of these proteins sources give them the capacity to form gels, allowing the retention of large intermolecular water quantities, an important fact for volumising the muscular tissues.
To increase muscle mass, take 90 g (2 measures) two to three times a day mixed with water, milk or juice. The measure inside the package contains about 45 g.

Contraindications: contraindicated for people with fructose and lactose intolerance or allergic to eggs. May contain traces of peanuts.
