Omega 3, 6 and 9 is recommended because of the beneficial effects of essential fatty acids: Omega 3 (Alpha Linoleic) is recommended for the contributions of poly-unsaturated fats that are necessary for human body for a good operation of cardiovascular apparatus, for the adjustment of serous cholesterol level, thereby preventing the occurrence of cardiovascular accidents; Omega 6 (Gamma Linoleic fatty acid) increases the metabolic rate, accelerates the process of loosing weight, improved the quality of hair, skin and nails, can prevent liver destruction because of alcohol; Omega 9 (Oleic acid) helps to reduce high blood pressure, inflammations and beneficially acts on cardiovascular system.
